Plane Crash Alert
The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that a small Gulfstream 690C crashed 10 miles south of John C. Tune Airport.

The plane was registered to a Kansas company, said Kathleen Bergen, spokeswoman for the FAA. She did not immediately identify the company. She said the plane left Grand Bend Municipal Airport in Kansas and was headed toward John C. Tune Airport when it went down.
Fire engines surround the area where a GulfStream 690c plane has crashed 10 miles south of the John C. Tune Airport.
Officials are treating the area around the YMCA as a crime scene.

When the plane crashed, the explosion damaged some of the cars in the nearby YMCA parking lot. No one on the ground was injured.

“A lot of cars will have to stay for a while we’re treating it like a crime scene,’’ Hickey said.

The YMCA said employees who have to leave their cars behind will be driven home.

Law enforcement said it could take 24-48 hours to clear the crime scene, said Jessica Fain, senior vice president of marketing for YMCA of Middle Tennessee.

  1. I’m impressed, I ought to say. Really rarely must i encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you could have hit the nail within the head. Your thought is outstanding; the catch is something that insufficient folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m quite pleased i always came across this around my hunt for something about it.
