A plane crashed on Mackinac Island this afternoon.
The City of Mackinac Island Police is reporting the pilot was the only was on the air craft at the time of the crash.
The City of Mackinac Island’s Police Chief said the pilot was flying back from St. Ignace and his landing gear did not come out.
No injuries were reported and the chief said the airline is up and running.
