Flood havoc submerges large landmass in Bungpi area under Saikul subdivision

Severe Flood Warning

Tracts of agriculture land in Bungpi area under Saikul subdivision have remained submerged due to incessant downpour during the past few days.
 
According to a statement issued by the chairman of Gwaltabi Kuki VA, the submerged paddy fields belong to Gwaltabi Kuki, Molcham, Chahmol, B Boljang, Jangnomphai, K Khonom, Tuinomjang, Tuisomjang, Nungmanbi and Leplen villagers.
 
The VA chairman urged the authority concerned to look into the matter and redress their grievances.
