Through the WhatsApp of Rotadono Mayor Clever Sifuentes Rufino District Canchabamba, located in the province of Huacaybamba in Huanuco sought help from the authorities after both wild and domestic animals appear dead or missing, and that the crops were affected due the intense hail and torrential rains.
 
The fact was registered Pachachín village, in the district of Canchabamba.
 
The mayor authority said around 200 animals, including cattle type sheep and goats, and domestic animals were found dead. In addition, 60 to 65 hectares of crops such as potatoes, corn and wheat, which were also affected.
 
“There’s always hail but this time has been stronger and this is the result, “said Rufino Sifuentes.
 
In response a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture said that through the Productive Development Program Agricultural Rural (Rural Agro), a survey of information is performed to validate what has been reported (in this case what the mayor reported) and presence agricultural agencies to coordinate regional government see what action is taken.
