
An exceptional weather phenomenon characterized by an extremely harsh winter has already decimated in the Mongolian steppes of the hundreds of thousands of livestock, but international aid remains insufficient and disastrous balance sheet continues to increase, warned the Red Cross Friday.
The Mongolia has been hit this year by a “dzud”, weather phenomenon characterized by a wave of extreme cold in the winter following a scorching summer.
