Record breaking snowfall for November 15 was seen in parts of central Pa., according to the National Weather Service.
Harrisburg saw 8.3 inches of snow, which breaks the old record of 3 inches, which was set in 1911 and tied in 1947, the NWS said.
Williamsport on the other hand saw 6.9 inches of snow, which breaks the old record of 2.5 inches which was set in 1995.
