Snow in the Furnace’s month, in Maramureş County. The sudden drop in temperatures led snow to Pietrosul Rodnei Peak, and Boris Mayor Sorin Timis published on Facebook a photo announcing the “first snow”.
The mayor said the last snowfall in summer 2004 was recorded in August 2004.
