The incident comes as London is still reeling from a suspected terror attack this afternoon.

Two members of the public have reportedly died from their injuries.

Police are treating the attack as terror-related.

The knifeman was wearing a “hoax explosive device”, Assistant Commissioner for Specialist Operations Neil Basu in a police statement in front of New Scotland Yard.
