I recently purchased a pair of ‘Men Canvas Check Plaid Slip On Flat Casual Driving Shoes Loafers’ which turned out to be too small.
I contacted their customer service which turned out to be a complete waste of time.
They said that returning the footwear could be cost prohibitive, so would I like to buy a new pair at a discounted price.
This is crazy as I would end up spending more money!!
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM NewChic
